About the school

Eagle Academy for Young Men is dedicated to developing young men committed to academic excellence, strong character, and responsible leadership. As a college-preparatory public school serving grades 6-12, we provide rigorous and engaging learning experiences that challenge scholars to think critically, communicate effectively, and achieve at high levels. Our students benefit from Regents-level coursework, targeted literacy interventions, and a school culture grounded in the values of integrity, mentorship, leadership, and service. Eagle is part of a network of six all-male schools across the New York metropolitan area that work collaboratively to support the academic, social, and emotional growth of our young men. Through strong partnerships with families, community organizations, and accomplished professionals who serve as mentors, scholars gain access to enrichment opportunities, internships, and experiences that broaden their horizons. Our students are expected to uphold high standards of professionalism through their conduct, uniforms, and participation in the traditions and cultural rituals that define the Eagle experience. Together, we prepare young men to excel in college, lead with purpose, and make meaningful contributions to their communities and society.
