About the school
P.S./M.S. 194 is a diverse school located in the Unionport East Section of the Bronx. Our school motto is "Good to Great."Students like our school because we care about the whole child and strive to enhance the school experience for our students. The mission of the P.S./M.S. 194 school community is to provide students with a quality education that will prepare them for the rigors and challenges of high school, college, and life. Guided by the principles of learning, students think critically and become active participants in the learning process. We offer unique learning experiences and enrichment programs such as, music arts, fitness, fine arts, regents level courses, computer science, robotics, and athletic programs. We do this in the spirit of collaboration with educators and parents through our evolving professional learning community. Parents participate in their childs educational journey and have plenty of opportunities to join our community events.
