About the school

Our students can experience a seamless day from 8:00AM - 6:00PM. Program offerings include Regents track with mathematics (Algebra I), science (Biology) and social studies (U.S. History). We provide enrichment in music and art programs that include chorus, band, orchestra, visual arts and theater. A highlight is that our digital media & journalism program offers a state-of-the-art podcasting and audio/video recording and editing studio. In addition we offer a pre-med elective that includes certification in CPR/AED/First Aid. Our students have the opportunity to participate in a SONYC after-school program through the Neighborhood Improvement Association (NIA), the NYC DOE middle school after-school sports program (CHAMPS), and District 20's sports leagues (basketball, volleyball).
