About the school
We are a Pre-Kindergarten through 8th-grade (Pre-K-8)school in Rosedale, Queens, NY. Our shared vision atPS/IS 270 is to prepare college- and career-ready students in a culturally diverse and equitable environment by cultivating their intellectual, artistic, social, emotional, and ethical development.Students have the opportunity to participate in Broadway Junior theatrical performances, compete in engineering and robotics competitions, develop fine arts portfolios, and take an accelerated math course culminating in administration of the Algebra 1 Regents.
